Juan Jardón is a commercial strategy and operations leader with extensive experience in executive positions across FMCG, retail, and consulting. He has a strong track record of driving sales growth and profitability while managing income statements and leading high-performing teams with a data-driven approach. His expertise lies in mobilising people in uncertain environments, fostering motivation and enthusiasm for excellence, and delivering results through strategic action.
Throughout his career, Juan has held leadership roles at Pricing One, The Top Line Lab, Caprabo (Eroski Group), Transgourmet, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. His ability to develop and implement pricing and revenue management strategies has established him as a key figure in the field.
Juan is a Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) by the Professional Pricing Society and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from UPC Barcelona, Spain. He has pursued postgraduate education in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and completed his final thesis with an Erasmus Programme scholarship at Politecnico di Milano, Italy. Additionally, he has undertaken executive education, including the Executive Program in Business Administration and Management at IESE Business School in Barcelona and the Digital Business Executive Program at ISDI, Barcelona.
Committed to advancing pricing expertise, Juan is the co-leader of Pricing Club Barcelona and an Associate Professor of Pricing & Revenue Management at EADA Business School. He is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Catalan, and Galician, allowing him to engage with diverse markets and teams.
Outside of work, Juan is a former competitive black belt Karateka with over 20 years of experience in martial arts, demonstrating discipline, focus, and perseverance—qualities that also define his professional approach.
