Alain has more than 20 years of  IT experience and has been a Senior Consultant in Lean & Change Management with a high success rate since 2010.

In recent years, Alain has brought these experiences into Pricing Solution Deployments, bridging gaps between technology, organization, and processes to maximize solution adoption and business value creation.

Thanks to several years of consulting experience in the EMEA region, including several years also in the Middle East and Africa, Alain has gained valuable business understanding of company external and internal processes. Alain’s expertise lies in the Change Management approach and Communication skills. He holds a master’s degree in Process & Statistical Optimization. In his spare time Alain likes to go scuba diving .
