Jason is a member of the leadership team at Pearson Ham Group. With over 16 years’ consulting experience, he offers deep expertise in pricing, commercial excellence, and top-line value creation.

Jason has worked with over 100 businesses across industry sectors, ownership structures, and geographies, to drive profitable growth across the spectrum of market conditions. He serves as a true partner to executives and investors, delivering pragmatic, evidence-based advice.

Jason joined Pearson Ham Group in 2024 and is based in the firm’s London office. Prior to this he was an equity Partner at Simon-Kucher. Initially based out of their London and Boston offices, he relocated to Sydney to establish and grow their operations in Australia and New Zealand over the last decade.

Away from the office, Jason enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time with his wife and their two young daughters.
