Prior to joining Pearson Ham, Tom worked as part of the in-house pricing function of a multi-national life science company. He also has experience working with clients in the retail and service sectors, striving to ensure businesses recognise the value of their offering.

A Psychology degree and a passion for understanding human behaviour led Tom to the world of pricing, and he enjoys applying that knowledge to client projects and the challenges presented. Alongside that passion, Tom combines commercial awareness and an analytical mindset to draw out the actionable insights that enable businesses to grow and achieve their strategic goals
